I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with 20 years of clinical experience with adults and adolescents. I personally and genuinely care about each client I treat. I meet you where you are at without judgment and help you move forward to where you want to be.
Working with me you will be treated as the unique individual you are. I will tailor treatment to fit your specific needs and you will learn valuable life-long tools and skills. I look forward to our time together.
I use evidence-based treatment, including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and Client Centered therapy.
I accept United Health and Aetna insurance plans. Therapy paid for in cash or credit is $160 per session if you are not using insurance.
